Boyfriend jeans

In most of the chick-flick movies, girls wake up next to the awesome guy and, without even brushing their teeth or wash their face,  they stand up -so fresh by magic- with the boyfriend's super large sexy shirt, ending up to complete this ouhou carefree cool look, dressing up with his jeans! And if this happens in real life, i'll be a pope...
Instead, i bought the LTB larger than my own size blue-jeans!

p.s. Pinela love u girl ! he

Back in time, back in Paris.. for Aganovich!

Today, while i was looking at summer collections on the web, i fell over Aganovich's summer collection 2010..This really took me some years back...

In 2006, the fashion agency i was working for in Paris, was representing the brand 'Aganovich and Yung'. This brand name no longer exists, cause the brilliant designer Nana Aganovich created a new one. Having graduated from St. Martins School and created a company in Shanghai, Nana is now back in her basis in London to give us more inspiration and gorgeous looks.

This memory made me search my photo folders and discover great pics. I had the chance to work with Aganovich in Paris in the 'Pret-a-porter Exposition de Mode' in Versailles and represent her in her expo-kiosk. I admire this woman cause she is not only beautiful with a unique style, but she has a silent dynamism and a strong apathy-attitude in the same time. She is brilliant, i adore her creations, which are known for their special patterns and way of cutting...very asian-oriented, i'd say...

I haven't succeeded in finding her items in any athenian store actually...
Lots of inspiration, enjoy this particularly kind and sweet woman...
I post these old pics, cause to me, her creations are absolutely timeless.

This dress was my favorite one at the expo...

...the first thing Nana did when she came in the morning with the suitcase and the clothes for the exposition, was to buy tulips for the kiosk. She said 'I want to make our space a little bit more colorful'...

Τights Tights Tights!!!

I can wear tights for ever!! They are not only the most stylish - in my opinion- outfit gadget for a woman, but they are so comfortable that they never can be out of fashion! Tights make our lives easier... you can wear anything with them, that's why we adore them!

Tights... just with t-shirt, with dress, with boyfriend shirts (my favorite), with blazers, with high-heels or flats, sneakers, sandals.... don't make me mention the whole wardrobe! I’ve got more than 40 pair of black ones, cause they can never be wasted..

Go to work? Black tights with dress and high-heels. Go out? Black tights with long  t-shirts and boots. Go to the gym? Just tights with sweatshirts and sneakers. Go for coffee? Black tights with shirts and ballerinas. How someone not to love them??

The 'tiger' dress was found in Paris, on 2003 and still rocks..always tights matched!

This is my Philosophy Blues jacket, with my Black Lilly brown leather supersize bag,Sita Murt green silk dress, my Miss Sixty black boots and the scarf - gift from Tonia..

This one is posted twice...

This turquoise non-sleeve jacket underneath is 'two in a gondola', matched with always in the right order stripes, Black Lilly bag and Ted Backer biker jacket.

Morning Coffee & McQueen always alive

We don't say Goodbye, cause Alexander McQueen is still alive with his creations, but we'll miss him. Fashion icon, deemed one of the best fashion designers (and not only) in the world, endless inspiration, a genius.

Going for a morning coffee today, i was pleased to see my cousin Penny (she gets really upset when i call her Penny - her real name is Despina) with a great McQueen leather bag, which i found a great opportunity to post, in his memory. This is really a so-easy-to-be-seriously-adored-bag!

Hi Pen!

I love your jacket - i know..purchased from Italy.. but i told you i need more details!

And this dress on her friend, Maria....enticing!

And me, walking out my Marc by Marc Jacobs black bag, Marc Jacobs sunglasses (i know.. i am a huge fan) and my Philosophy Blues jacket ..

The Lord of the Rings!

It's needless to say that if I go out without a ring on my finger, I am nacked.
I am purely obsessed with them, i am sleeping with them, i take care of them, i am staring them for hours... ok maybe i am a little bit overreacting.. but i frantically buying the most unique pieces.
These are some of my favorite ones that embellish not only my outfits, but my days too:

This one is a beautiful Yves Saint Laurent piece, that i accidentally found in Florence's YSL boutique. It was a pre-launched item that was presented to certain only markets. Copper, with excellent details, it's perfectly worn in index finger.

My other ostentatious ring is the Marc Jacobs blue heart. No comments.

And finally, a hand-made cute, sweet piece, designed and produced by my friend Athina. Here it is my Gold Butterfly:

Little athenian corners

Raining Sunday and my shoes, my umbrella and I, went downtown, once more. This time, wearing my favorite boyfriend jeans, matched with this (oh!) this bag (ok I have to admit that I first saw it on my best friend’s shoulder, Kakia – she is a style icon and a Vogue editor!) which I was lucky enough to find it –me too- in sales.. Mum’s umbrella, new British designer’s woolen coat and fuxia-black scarf from H&M (I should award H&M scarfs! They always seem more expensive that they actually are!)

Athens you are so beautiful!
(i couldn’t resist to some more graffiti and some more unique corners for a different reason each time…)

mmm....this orange tree fresh smell!

While walking with my friend Kondia along all these lonely & kind of a sad Gazi roads, she suddenly stopped, kneeled on the pavement and said: ‘Oh how adorable are those footprints! I always like to step on them!” I have never noticed before this little cute detail! It really is like a photo shot of an animal’s moment stepping on soft, not-ready-yet concrete. It’s this moment.. Cat’s moment.. Hollywood rock stars – also- leave their prints, why not a cat? (!)

and let me introduce you rainy Kondia!
